Pursuant to Law 15/99, Organic, on the Protection of Personal Data, you are informed that your personal data that you may send us via email will form part of a computer file – and, where appropriate, also in a version in paper format – registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency ( www.agpd.es ) in the General Data Protection Registry, whose content is that of visitors to this website requesting information about products and/or services that this Company advertises, the recipients of the information being, solely and exclusively, the authorized personnel of this Organization, with the sole purpose of meeting the information requirements of potential or current clients in relation to the products and/or services marketed. This file also includes all those data, both of suppliers, clients and/or contact persons, usually processed between this organization and those, in the specific scope of the contracting advertised on this website, and may be used to send advertising related to said services.

Access, cancellation, opposition and/or rectification procedures

In relation to your personal data sent to these Organizations, you are informed that you have the rights of access, cancellation, opposition and rectification, which can be exercised at the postal address indicated above, by ordinary mail or in person, through the procedure which is explained below.

You will have the right to know the status of your data; what type of treatment they are subject to; where they have been obtained from; modify them if you consider them to be incorrect, or if initially they no longer reflect the current reality because it has changed, or even cancel them completely, as long as the latter does not imply the survival of a debt with the organization, previously agreed upon, or is a consequence of situations of mere late payment when the link between the parties has not been gratuitous and has been motivated by the request for a provision of services through financial remuneration to the same.

Nor can they be canceled when their conservation is due, solely and exclusively, to compliance with and observance of the laws that on tax and commercial issues are in force at all times for the purposes of billing and internal control.

To exercise the aforementioned rights, specifically for your request, the same must be made to the person responsible for the file through an instance in which the following data appears:

  1. Name and surname of the affected person, attaching a photocopy of the DNI (or any other legally valid document in order to identify the applicant). In the case of acting on behalf of someone, or a legal entity, photocopy of the document that certifies such representation;
  2. Petition on which the request is based or substantiated.
  3. Indication of an address for notification purposes.
  4. Documents, if applicable, that prove the basis of the request.
  5. Date and signature of the applicant.

To send said request, any means that can demonstrate the sending and receipt of the request must be used.

Personal Data Protection Policy.
