1. How do I place an order?

You can place your order in our online store by accessing it from our page www.pendientera.com. Search, compare and find the model that you like the most. You add them to your cart, give us your shipping information and make the payment.

2. Where are Pendientera products sold and shipped from?

All Pendientera products are sold and shipped from Tenerife, Spain, worldwide.

3. Is it necessary to have an email?

10. What shipping methods are available?

Shipments are made by private courier or Post Office within Spain. We ship to the rest of the countries through the Spanish Post Office service. If you are outside the Canary Islands, the client will have to assume the possible costs of Customs and taxes.

Shipping costs are €6.95 to the Canary Islands, €12 to the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and €8.95 to the rest of Spain.

To other countries, shipping costs are €10.

11. How does Pendientera protect my credit card?
